OUR POLICIES
We value your time
and efforts. In order to make the most of our appointments and
assist you in every way we can, we have a few general policies
we would like to explain to you.
Please read the policies as shown below and feel free to discuss
them with us if you have any queries.
Cancellations, Missed Appointments and
Refunds
Private Sessions
We will do our best to organise a more convenient
appointment time is something pops up unexpectedly, however
we do require 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel a session or
reschedule your session.
If you are unable to give us 24hrs notice you
will be charged for the session you have missed. This
applies for all types of sessions. Please understand that you
have booked that time with your trainer and they lose income
if you just don't show up or give us opportunity to book someone
in your place.
If your Trainer cancels or misses your appointment
it is our policy to give you the next training session FREE
as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
Group Outdoor Fitness Challenges
If you wish to cancel your entry to
a Fitness Challenge please contact us by either
letter, email or phone.
Cancellations received up to 2 weeks prior to the event will
be refunded 50% of the entry fee. Cancellations received less
than 2 weeks prior to the event will not be refunded.
If the event is cancelled due to acts of god (fire, flood, terrorism
etc) or through the organiser's decision the event will be rescheduled.
Participants that can not make the new date will have the following
options:
- Refund of 75% of the entry
fee;
- Transfer of 85% of the entry
fee to another Outdoor Group Fitness Challenge
Values do not include any late fees
paid.
Participants will also have the above refund or transfer options
if the race cannot be rescheduled.

Late Appointments
If you arrive late to an appointment or training
session it will be shortened at the discretion of the Trainer
to allow for a normal finish time. If your Trainer is late you
will not be charged for that session.

Injuries
We are very mindful if you have not trained
with weights for quite some time and it is common to feel some
tenderness for several days after your first session. We try
to avoid this at all costs, however if you are exceptionally
sore or suffer an injury please contact us immediately both
by phone and fax so we can review or put your program on hold.
