Why we do it better that other outdoor group sessions or "Bootcamps":

  • Our courses are longer than most bootcamp courses to allow you to build in strength and endurance without injury.
  • Low client to instructor ratio (averages below 10 clients per instructor). The benefit to you is that the instructors can tailor the activities more effectively to the needs of the group and to you as an individual.
  • High level of organisation and programming of activities so that you will always be doing different activities from session to session. Further, these activities have been rigorously assessed for safety, suitability and motivational content.
  • We do not just stay in the one place. We have many non-static activities which add to both the fun & the cardio fitness.
  • Instructors that are highly and specifically trained for our outdoor group programs. They will get "down & dirty" because this is far more motivating for clients who are working out of their comfort zone and need all the encouragement they can get.

All our sessions last 1 hour, including a specifically designed warm up, a pre programmed main activity or multiple activities and 15 minutes of comprehensive stretching at the end of each session. Each session includes a large variety of games and activities that will help people of all levels of fitness to have such a great time with their participants that they won't even not notice how hard they are working.

Bootcamp

A 1-2-1 Bootcamp is a fantastic way to improve strength, improve fitness and achieve weight loss.

During this 12 session bootcamp, we bring out an arsenal of different style sessions to help our clients improve their cardio vascular endurance, muscular strength/endurance and flexibility. Most importantly, these sessions are a great way to reduce body fat.

Location and Times:
Combination of Reid Oval (Cnr Euree St & Limestone Ave, Reid) AND Lennox Gardens, Yarralumla, ACT (behind the Hyatt Hotel)
6:30 - 7:30am Tuesday and Thursday

Course Dates:
TBC

121 Bootcamp includes:

  • 12 Sessions 1 hour each (2 per week x 6 weeks)
  • Fitness Challenge T Shirt *(for first time participants)
  • Health Assessment and Final Assessment

* These courses will run if we have a sufficient number of participants (usually 8 required) at the start of each program.

Cost:
Early bird payment is only $210.00 and is available if payment is received prior to 6pm, Monday 6th October 2008. Normal payment for this course is $240.00 and will apply for all payments received after this date.

Loyalty price: $195 *(early bird date applies)
***If you are a loyal participant and bring a friend with you, you will receive a further $10 discount off your course price.

Weather:
ALL courses are conducted outside. The courses will not be cancelled due to bad weather. Please ensure you bring wet weather attire and warm clothing to put on after in the event of cooler or inclement weather

Circuit in the City

Circuit in the City is eight weeks of varied cardio circuits set on the lawns of scenic Australian War Memorial. These circuits will push ANY individual, regardless of fitness level, to your limits and is suitable for someone who has not exercised for quite a while, is very unfit, or would like to experience Boot Camp in a slightly less intensive yet still challenging environment.

Location and Times:
Australian War Memorial (opposite Campbell High School)
5:30 - 6:30pm Tuesday evenings

Course Dates:
31st March 2009

* This course will run if we have a sufficient number of participants (usually 6 required) at the start of each session. Please contact your trainer prior to the start of the session if you are unable to make it on that day.

Cost:
6 - 8 session Circuit is $150.00. 
3 - 5 session Circuit is $100.00.

*** If you are a loyal participant and bring a friend with you, you will receive a further $10 discount off your course price.

Weather:

Corporate Fitness Challenges

Cost:
We require a minimum number of ten participants to run the challenge...

  • 10 – 15 participants: $130.00 per person
  • 16 - 20 participants: $110.00 per person

This price includes an awesome Fitness Challenge T-shirt. *(for first time participants)

Run Skills Course


If you and a small group of running friends, work colleagues or team mates would like to get faster, learn new running skills or prepare for an upcoming race, then why not call us and we'll customise a run skills course to suit your needs? Location, time and duration of sessions can be tailored to suit you and your groups needs.

During this course we have packaged all the neccessary skills sessions required to enable you to be the best you can on race day or to just 'kick start' your running. Included are long slow distance runs, intervals sessions, hill sessions and fartlek training.

So gather up your pals, family and training buddies and come along for some intensive run training.

Canberra, ACT
Approx 45min - 60min

Cost:
$100 for 2 people per session ($20 each additional person per session.)
