Bootcamp
A 1-2-1 Bootcamp is a fantastic way to improve strength, improve fitness and achieve weight loss.
During this 12 session bootcamp, we bring
out an arsenal of different style sessions to help our clients
improve their cardio vascular endurance, muscular strength/endurance
and flexibility. Most importantly, these sessions are a great
way to reduce body fat.
Location and Times:
Lake Ginninderra, McDermott Place , Belconnen, ACT (see map)
6:30 - 7:30am Monday and Wednesday
Course Dates:
121 Bootcamp includes:
- 12 Sessions 1 hour each (2 per week x 6 weeks)
- Fitness Challenge T Shirt *(for first time participants)
- Health Assessment and Final Assessment
* These courses will run if we have a sufficient number of participants (usually 10 required) at the start of each program.
Cost:
Early bird payment is only $210.00 and is available if payment is received prior to 6pm,Friday 22nd February. Normal payment for this course is $240.00 and will apply for all payments received after this date.
Loyalty price: $195 *(early bird date applies)
***If you are a loyal participant and bring a friend with you, you will receive a further $10 discount off your course price.
Weather:
ALL courses are conducted outside. The courses will not be
cancelled due to bad weather. Please ensure you bring wet weather
attire and warm clothing to put on after in the event of cooler
or inclement weather

Bootcamp for Beginners
Try one of our *NEW* “Bootcamp for Beginners” course. The Beginner course is specifically designed for weight loss and people with low fitness levels and takes place twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings for 4 weeks.
Beginner’s Boot Camp is a taste of Boot Camp suitable for someone who has not exercised for quite a while, is very unfit, or would like to experience Boot Camp in a slightly less intensive yet still challenging environment. It is also perfect for those that already have a good base fitness but want that "little extra" training session each week.
We have trained people of all shapes sizes and fitness levels, and will not ask anyone to perform physical tasks that they cannot safely do, there is always an alternative activity. ALL our Outdoor Challenges are aimed at being functional, and safety is paramount.
Location and Times:
Lake Ginninderra, McDermott Place , Belconnen, ACT (see map)
6:15 to7:15 AM Tuesday and Thursday mornings

Cost:
An Early Bird discount price of $150 is available if payment and is received and cleared prior to 6pm, Friday 22nd February 2010. Normal RRP of $169 will be charged after this date.

Run Skills Course
During this 8 week course we have packaged
all the neccessary skills sessions required to enable you to
be the best you can on race day or to just 'kick start' your
running. Included are long slow distance runs, intervals sessions,
hill sessions and fartlek training.
Hurry....there are limited positions
available, so
gather up your pals, family and training buddies and come along
for 8 weeks of intensive run training .
Location and Times:
Canberra, ACT (to be confirmed but will all be central to CBD)

Cost:
